Life Lesson 42

Warriors For Life
The word for compassion in hebrew is Chemla(חמלה) the word for forgiveness is Mechila(מחילה),the word for salt is Melach(מלח),the word for dream is Chalom( חלום) and the word for,to fight is Lilchom(ללחום)
All these words are connected by identical root letters and a possible lesson in the connection could be:
Forgiveness never happens in a vacuum and it takes ,many a time, much effort. There can be much salt on our wounds. However if we fight for life as warriors for the life we and others dream of and want to go forward we recognize the salt on our wounds and we may not excuse what was done but we access our compassion, open our hearts to forgive for only when we learn to forgive do we allow ourselves to truly live.

Life Lesson 41

The word for miracle in hebrew is Nes (נס) which is also the root of the word lanoos( לנוס) to flee and Nes is also another word for a flag ,a banner.
A possible lesson in the connection is:
Seeing and appreciating miracles is a choice as they are the Reality that is G-d always around us always ongoing .The choices are either to flee or to hold the banner high and embrace all the beautiful miracles around you including the one you see in the mirror every morning.
