Life Lesson 62

Life Lessons From Hebrew
The word for trouble in hebrew is Tzara(צרה,צרות) .The word in hebrew for narrow is Tzar(צר) which s included in the word Tzara(צרה)
A possible lesson in the connection could be that when you see your sorrow with narrow ,tunnel vision it seems like it will never end or change and the impact seems overwhelming.
If you choose to access the bravery that you have within and widen your perspective you may just get a glimmer of hope, find an opportunity, possibility and come out stronger and wiser than before

Life Lesson 61

The word for hope in hebrew is Tikvah ( תקווה) . A Mikveh(מקווה) is where one goes for ritual immersion,a level of purification. Both words are connected by three letters (ק,ו,ה).
A possible lesson in the connection could be that hope is a life choice, choice to focus on and fight for that which purifies us,frees us from negativity, limitation, complacency, mediocrity , despair etc allowing us to hold on and hug the light that noone can extinguish...our souls. The more our souls take the lead the more hope flourishes and the more hope flourishes the more our bodies benefit.Where focus goes energy flows and the rejuvenating energy of hope ripples into every area of our lives and bodies catapulting us forward on our journey from the periphery of life to the fullness of the center of our lives.
