Life Lesson 46

The word in hebrew for to run away is livroach(לברוח).The word for to connect is lehitchaber(להתחבר), the word for to
expand is lehitrachev(להתרחב)and the word for to choose is livchor(לבחור).All these words have the same root letters.
A possible lesson in the connection could be that it is not your circumstances but your choices that determine what you make of your life.
If you choose to run away from life you are not even giving yourself the chance to achieve, succeed, find fulfillment etc.
When you choose to connect to life you move beyond yourself experience new things, new feelings, new challenges, life at a different level.
In other words you expand, start to feel the greatness that has always been within you and go from survivng to thriving.

Life Lesson 45

The word for wall in hebrew is keer(קיר)
The word for empty is reik(ריק).
The word in hebrew for dear and for expensive is yakar,(יקר)
all the words have the same letters
A lesson in the connection could be that the walls we put up are not unbreakable, they dont hold us back we hold ourselves back. When we transfer responsibility to others for the walls we may pay an expensive price for their maintenance.
When we get clarity on what is dear to us,important to us ...our hearts open up, our sight clears up and we see an empty space where the walls were and we move forward finding the extra in our ordinary, the majestic in the mundane
G-d knows you are worth the effort so should you

Life Lesson 44

The word for beauty in hebrew is יופי (yofi).Contained within that word is the word פי(pi) my mouth.
A possible lesson in the connection is that your true beauty enters the world through the words you allow you to represent you when they leave your lips.

Life Lesson 43

The word in hebrew for to suffer is לסבול(Leesbohl),the word in hebrew for to tolerate,to put up with is the same word, exactly.
A possible lesson in the connection is that
maybe we put up with too much needless suffering which seems easier than confronting our fears on the way out of our comfort zones as growth and fulfillment are comfort zone persona non grata.

Forgiveness never happens in a vacuum and it takes ,many a time, much effort. There can be much salt on our wounds. However if we fight for life as warriors for the life we and others dream of and want to go forward we recognize the salt on our wounds and we may not excuse what was done but we access our compassion, open our hearts to forgive for only when we learn to forgive do we allow ourselves to truly live.

The word for face in hebrew is Panim(פנים) the word for inside in Pnim(פנים) and a word for sides pl,is also Panim(פנים).All the words having the same letters teaching us possibly among many lessons that :
You never know what is behind a persons facial expressions, there are many sides to a person, to their lives especially inside.
So rather than needing to be right , be kind..rather be considerate than acting emotionally illiterate and who knows you might, with just one kind word ,change the direction of another person's life- especially your own.
