"The strong desire of the lazy one will kill him, for his hands refuse to labor"- Mishle 21:25
What we desire strongly in many cases dictates our focus and impacts our state of mind.King Solomon understood all those years ago that what sits in your mind and claims residency for extended periods ripples out to every area of your life and your body.
Our thoughts power our desires and precede all of our actions cancel the visa of the toxic waste that resides in your mind and your life and body will follow suit

Life Lesson 68
The word in hebrew for restraint is Ipook(איפוק) and the word for horizon is Ofek(אופק). The root of the word Ipook is the word Ofek.
A possible lesson in the connection could be that due to our predisposition for tunnel vision in times of disagreement when we step back and show restraint the horizon starts to appear and we see more than our ego gratifying tunnel vision thus finding more resolution than dissolution and preserving our relationships.

A possible lesson in the connection could be:
Life has its challenges , pressures, frustrations etc but each new moment is unattached to the past and has made no commitment,as yet , to the future.
We thus with each new moment have the opportunity to calm down , to slow down, to pause , to realign,to refocus ,to rejuvenate, to think and decide what value we are giving this moment and what direction we want to take.
A moment can missed with a blink or it can be maximized if we dare to calm down and think

Life Lesson 63
The word in hebrew for to miss the mark ,basket etc is Lehachtee(להחטיא)which also means to cause someone to sin.
When we sin we basically miss the mark but also is it not a sin to go through each day almost automatically and miss all the wonder around us and how big and awesome the small simple things that G-d has blessed us with access to each and every day?
